I’ve intentionally waited over a month to review this product. I wanted to really give it a shot and experiment with it. Aaannnnd now I’m obsessed.Im white white. All I do is burn. Sometimes your girl just wants some color. But because I’m so light all self tanners end up orange on me. This one actually develops beautifully and even. Im not someone who likes to be super dark, i just want a warmy glow. I was scared to use it lol so I started with one drop per pump of lotion. Moved up to 2-3 as I realized it wasn’t going to be super orange. It says it takes 4-6 hours to develop and you don’t have to wash it off. So, if you’re able, I would gradually build the tan. I put it on every day until it was the color I wanted. Now on average I’ll add it to my lotion every 2-3 showers to maintain it. On days I don’t use it after my shower, I make sure to use a heavier lotion to keep my skin moisturized. However, when you are using the drops I would highly recommend using a lotion that has a thinner consistency. I found that it was a lot easier to blend and create an even tan whereas the heavier/thicker lotion I noticed there were patches because it’s just harder to blend evenly. I personally just use my hands. Speaking of blending, do it till your wrists hurt lol. Only kidding but it’s worth the extra few minutes to make sure everything is as even as possible rather than having any patches. This is the only tanning product that has given me such a beautiful even blend. As far as scent goes, it’s so subtle. I don’t know why people expect self tanners to have no smell. I notice this one like any other but it’s not unpleasant and definitely not strong enough that anyone else is going to notice. I’ve also had no problems using this in my face moisturizer. I’m very acne prone so it was important to me to find tanning drops I could also use on my face. No changes in my skin/acne on my face.Love love love. I’m almost out and I’m on my way to buy another. I’m going to be using this year round.
It really gives you a tan. I got the medium/light skin one, and I think next time I'll go a bit darker for a darker tan. But even the fairer skin/lighter one definitely gradually tans you a bit 🤩
I’ve been using this for over a year now and I love it! It makes your lotion go further too! I just recently started putting it in building self tan lotion and the results are even better. Not orange, doesn’t transfer, and no streaks! I even put 2 drops in hand lotion and rub it into my hands and it looks great! Can’t even tell it’s fake
